The 19th Western China International Fair (WCIF) is jointly hosted by the National Development and Reform Commission, the Ministry of Commerce, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the All China Federation of Industry and Commerce, the All China Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, the China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, and the People's Government of Sichuan Province. It is supported by the Boao Forum for Asia and organized by the People's Government of Sichuan Province. The theme of the Western China International Fair is "China's New Era, Western New Journey". Adhering to the concept of "co hosting, sharing, and win-win", the fair focuses on the overall layout of industrial development in the western region, showcasing the advantages of resources, markets, industries, and business environment in the western region, and building an important bridge connecting western China with the world.
The 19th Western China International Fair will be held grandly in Chengdu, Sichuan from June 29 to July 3, 2023. The fair brings together 56 countries and regions, 27 provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, as well as over 220 overseas enterprises. The exhibition venue is bustling with activity.

The human exhaled lung cancer early screening time-of-flight mass spectrometry system jointly developed by Chengdu Aliben Technology Co., Ltd. and West China Hospital of Sichuan University has international leading level. By utilizing the independently developed ultra-high resolution time-of-flight mass spectrometer by Eliben for qualitative and quantitative analysis of VOCs, rapid diagnosis, early warning, and efficacy/condition tracking of diseases such as lung cancer can be achieved. Its accuracy, specificity, and sensitivity can all reach over 90%.

The handheld lithium material rapid detector adopts laser-induced breakdown spectroscopy (LIBS) technology, which has excellent spatial resolution and sample morphology compatibility. It supports simultaneous analysis of multiple elements and detection of light elements. Its lightweight and compact appearance has a simple and clear interface, and can be applied in fields such as mineral detection, lithium mining, lithium battery recovery, and alloy detection.

PJ-AES is a high-performance spectroscopic instrument developed based on the principle of atomic emission spectroscopy for direct analysis of solid samples. It is equipped with a self-developed high-energy density plasma excitation source, where high-temperature plasma directly acts on the surface of solid samples. The elements in the sample are vaporized and excited at high temperatures, and corresponding characteristic spectral lines are generated during the process of demagnetization back to the ground state. The elemental composition and content in the sample are analyzed through characteristic spectral lines.
